个人简述
杨东林,中共党员,博士,副教授,生物医用材料、药理学专业硕士生导师。2014 年毕业于西南大学家蚕基因组生物学国家重点实验室,获得理学博士学位。2014至2015年在山西大学生物技术研究所开展了周围神经髓鞘形成及稳定过程中Periaxin与其他相关蛋白质之间的相互作用研究;2015年进入十大菠菜网正规平台(创新靶向药物国际研究院),建立了以肿瘤细胞和小鼠为模型研究抗癌小分子抑制剂的活性和分子机理;2017至2018年在意大利那不勒斯费德里克二世大学分子药学与医学生物技术学院进行博士后研究,主要从事酪氨酸蛋白激酶RET和丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶Aurora B小分子抗癌药物的筛选和药物抗癌分子机制,2020至2022年为西南大学十大菠菜网正规平台在站博士后,开展了抗凋亡蛋白BCL2小分子抑制剂的筛选及抗癌机理分析。本研究团队科研经费充足,科研平台完善,技术体系成熟。曾先后承担的本科生课程有:药物与健康、微生物学、生物化学与分子生物学。
研究领域
目前主要研究方向为生物医用高分子材料在抗肿瘤药物中的作用,将具有生物相容性的医用高分子材料作为载体,化学结合或物理包裹抗肿瘤药物,通过细胞生物学、分子生物学和体内动物水平评价药物的活性、毒性,以期提高抗肿瘤药物的生物利用度,从而药物对全身的毒副作用。
